The best way for anyone who wants to start getting into fitness is "Motivation," it's that initial spark in your mind and body that makes you want to exercise or do something you set your mind to. You also want to set a "goal." A goal can be as simple as walking a quarter mile every day to losing 20 pounds over the year. You want to make sure your motivation is strong and your goal is achievable once you reach this point theres 3 things I tell everyone who exercises should keep in mind and that is Motivation, Will Power and Commitment. With these 3 things in mind you will find your reason to start exercising, you will know that you have to finish what you start even when its hard and you have to be commited to achieve your goal no matter what and let nature do the rest.
